Implementation

Live in under 30 days, without your IT team

Apvyne connects to your ERP over OAuth. No IT project. No middleware installation. Four phases, each with a clear deliverable your team can own.

01

ERP Connection

Days 1–3

Authorize Apvyne to connect to your ERP via OAuth. No credentials stored. We pull your chart of accounts, vendor list, and open vendor bills. You review the data pull and confirm accuracy.

  • OAuth authorization (15 minutes)
  • Chart of accounts import
  • Vendor directory import
  • Historical vendor bill pull (last 90 days)
02

GL Mapping & Routing Rules

Days 4–10

Your Customer Success manager guides you through mapping your GL code ranges to approvers. You configure dollar thresholds, co-sign requirements, and SLA escalation timing. Routing rules reviewed and signed off.

  • GL code range → approver mapping
  • Amount threshold co-sign rules
  • SLA escalation configuration
  • Exception routing setup
03

Approver Onboarding & Parallel Run

Days 11–22

Approvers receive login invitations and a 20-minute walkthrough. Apvyne runs in parallel with your existing process for two weeks — invoices processed in both. You compare results and build confidence.

  • Approver accounts provisioned
  • 20-minute approver walkthrough
  • Parallel run: 2 weeks
  • Daily accuracy review with Customer Success
04

Go Live

Days 23–30

Parallel run complete. Switch to Apvyne as primary. Your Customer Success manager stays on weekly check-ins for the first 90 days. Performance metrics reviewed at 30, 60, and 90 days.

  • Cutover to Apvyne as primary AP system
  • Legacy process sunset planning
  • 90-day onboarding support
  • 30/60/90 day review cadence
Your implementation partner

You're not doing this alone

Every Apvyne customer gets a named Customer Success manager for the full implementation period. Our CS team is former AP and finance operations professionals — not generic SaaS onboarding reps. They've run AP queues. They know what your team is dealing with.
