Common pricing questions
No setup fees on Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise plans may include an implementation fee for custom ERP integrations or multi-entity configurations — your sales contact will scope this before contract.
No. ERP connectors (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero) are included in the plan pricing. Growth plan includes all four connectors. Starter includes two.
Starter and Growth plans are available month-to-month. Annual billing is available at 10% discount. Enterprise plans are annual with custom terms.
No. Apvyne pricing is based on invoice volume, not seats. Your CFO, controllers, AP clerks, and budget approvers can all use the platform without per-seat add-ons.
Basic ERP connection and GL mapping is included in all plans. Historical invoice data migration is available for Growth and Enterprise customers. Our implementation team handles the mapping and parallel-run testing.
